I moved to my current address in March of 2024 and to this day FedEx has my address wrong in its system and they cannot fix it. I have had to submit numerous tickets, lost packages or had to drive over nine miles to pick up packages at the wrong address. My current ticket has been elevated to the development department and has been sitting there for three weeks with no status of a fix given. I can't even speak to a manager about this situation.
