The workers here do not know how to use the Fedex scanner, print the labels, or even log into the devices most of the time. This should NOT be an authorized Fedex location.
The dollar general i went to did not have a scanner
If I could give 0 stars I would. Fed ex sucks! I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN!
No one at this location knows anything about FedEx, even though they are an authorized pick-up center. The female manager was incredibly rude, and stated that if I wanted a shipping receipt, I should take my package back and go to the Jamestown airport! (I did not receive a receipt.)
