If I could give 0 stars I would. Fed ex sucks! I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN!
No one at this location knows anything about FedEx, even though they are an authorized pick-up center. The female manager was incredibly rude, and stated that if I wanted a shipping receipt, I should take my package back and go to the Jamestown airport! (I did not receive a receipt.)
