Noreen was incredible, with customer service skills worthy of 10 stars! When I got to her counter, she explained she couldn’t use the color photo I’d spent over an hour and a half getting from across the parking lot at Office Depot Office Depot because the prints weren’t cut evenly or even the same size. Clifton nj - worst fed ex driver .. leaves a 70 lb box in my driveway of pet food after i left instructions to bring it to the front door.. I can’t lift it. I just had shoulder surgery and now my pets food is sitting in the boiling heat.. you call FedEx to have them come back and deliver it where he was supposed to deliver it and nobody does anything I hate this company!!!!
I’m not happy fed x has delayed my package for three days straight and normally their great but this is ridiculous it said they couldn’t deliver today because of bad weather and the sun is shining and I no I have packed snow in my driveway but they could have walked it in so I’m pissed and its medication I need and I’m out
I was the only person in line, I began to put my items on the counter for mailing, then the staff person told me to wait for the next person in line to buy some envelopes before he took my order. This is rude and uncalled-for. People should be served in the order they arrive.

This FedEx location ABSOLUTELY SUCKS ! I’ve been waiting for my package since Friday 2/13 and the first message was they couldn’t find my location “BULLSHIT ) then I was called by a young lady on the 14th asking specific directions to my home which is assanine it’s so easy to find on Google Maps ! Like many others, cannit get deliveries from this center on time and their customer service is useless. Had to have a package reconsigned after multiple unexplained delays.
My shipment supposed be delivered on Feb. 2nd, but bad weather delayed it to on Feb. 4th until 8:00pm. The website is not updated. It’s 10:30pm on 4th. I really need it until 10:00 pm tomorrow morning, but I can’t search it where is it now and when it’s delivered. The regular mail by USPS is coming everyday during snowing day.
