Terrible service the last working the counter refused to take our fed ex ground shipment and told us we had to take it back home for ground to come and schedule a pick up. She was rude and we’ve dropped plenty of ground packages off large and small there before.
Very convenient for a situation where I had to ship something on the spur of the moment.
