I ordered an Apple iWatch on October 15, 2023 and NEVER RECEIVED IT. I have the tracking number and called FedEx and they told me that the package was refused BUT IT WAS NOT. Then when I called FedEx they denied responsibility and REFUSED TO HELP ME. ALL THEY COULD DO WAS BLAME THE SHIPPER. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING FEDEX EVER AGAIN.
