Terrible service! This company consistently routes packages address to me, to the wrong distribution facility, then the driver can't find the location! USPS, UPS and Amazon have no problem delivering to me. Only FedEx can't find my address! Totally F''ed Up service!
I'm actually surprised the reviews are this good. Not the best customer service experience but hopefully someone at this location will try making this wrong a right. Package was delivered to the incorrect address, resulting in me never receiving it. It was daylight, so there's really no excuse for the mixup. After speaking with 3 different reps at the 800 # I finally found this local office & spoke with Melody. She advised filing a claim with the shipper however I been unable to connect with the shipper by phone or email. Wh... read more
