My package was left outside of apartment building on the step in front of the door to the building. Then the picture was send to were it was. This is uncalled for if they don't deliver to where it is to go.why do they have a job?. Then I stay on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get a customer service person. Have to call twice I finally get a live person she takes the info says going to pass me to another person. Then hang up on me. This makes you not want to get anything by mail.
This is the most professional sight place I've been to in recent memory. Good service, friendly and professional..
