To be clear this is referring to FedEx only not other services provided here. WARNING! FedEx has a policy that allows the driver did not deliver a package if they "feel it is not safe." What that does is opens the door for subjectivity. In other words the driver doesn't have to deliver your package if he/she doesn't feel like it. This happens to me routinely with medication that I have had delivered. Even after notifying FedEx multiple times it's medication please leave the package regardless of the driver's perceived condit... read more
Nothing to indicate it was a FedEx dropoff. They had to find the FedEx scanner. Nothing on outside or inside to indicate dollar general was associated with FedEx. My gps told me where to go.
