Very rude a manager needs to come in assessed their workers. I came in a guy told me I just need to have the label taped on my package so I left and taped it on came back. It was a different lady at the shipping desk and I told her that I had it fixed and she started yelling very rude, raising her voice at me and then I told her that the guy told me just to have it taped on the package and she continues to yell very rude and unprofessional A manager needs to speak to her a shorter blonde lady with glasses
FedEx is the worst delivery system on the planet do not go to them they don’t help you they don’t wanna talk to you they don’t care about you
Do yourself a favor and DONT step foot into this fedex location. Go somewhere else. Asking a simply question was unheard of and they told me “you’re taking too long so just leave” I just had a stroke and was obvious struggling. FedEx is a joke and UPS and USPS is best.
Quick and efficient, had no trouble at all picking up my good-sized heavy package. Thanks!
