Very helpful
I received a box had someone else's name on it. The driver just threw the box on the porch.
Fedex said a package was delivered that wasn't. Said they left it at the backdoor. They never leave a package at the backdoor as I have an enclosed front porch. I was also home when they said they delivered it. My claim was denied. Thank goodness it was only $36.00. I did find out a sub driver delivered that day. I am very leary of fedex.
