They left an enormous heavy package on our porch. Right under the giant letters and numbers on the house saying this isn’t even the correct street. We tried reaching out to the person who ordered it and could not reach them. Tried calling fedex and the automated system just says the case is closed. There is no way to get to a person so now we have basically 100lbs of garbage on our porch…. Tried multiple times to get through to their customer service and without an active tracking number they will not connect you.
