Decent. Except they DO NOT print shipping labels. You have to go online, create an account, verify account thru email and phone #, then go back and create a shipping label using account #. They won't allow you to create one as a guest(even if the site shows that as an option). It was really kinda frustrating...but if you do ALL OF THIS ahead of time-you should be good. Lol.
