Stopped by on a Sunday to hole punch a booklet for my binder. I called first to make sure they had a 3-hole puncher. The customer service rep who answered was very nice. She assured me that they did have one that I could use, free of charge. When I stopped in she remembered that I had called and grabbed the hole puncher for me then place it on the counter so I could use it. Real smooth, simple visit!!
