Deliveries are sent timely and the staff is friendly at the store. Prefer to use FedEx for mailing needs.
Horrible service. The driver drops packages that weigh 70 lbs or more on road near mailbox instead of delivery to the house. I am 72 years old, have severe asthma. Both my orders from Chewy were delivered way up near road instead of house. I will not order from Chewy's again and I told them why, if they contract with a substandard delivery service, it is on them. FedEx stinks!!!!
