I was in and out in 2 minutes. Quick and friendly service.
The staff there are so useless and rude. I waited for a few minutes and this guy showed up, put a scanner on the counter, said "here" and left. I just left and went to a different store.
Horrible service. You literally have to wait for a digital receipt because they don't print one. Plan on waiting around for 10+ minutes if you want confirmation your package is being processed. Ridiculous and I won't be shipping anything here or with FedEx again.
Went to return an Amazon package. Someone was being helped and then someone else came and helped me right away
Had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to come to the service counter to take my package but the staff was friendly and petsonable.
