Put a sticker on my door saying they needed a signature. When i called they said that had my package but could not deliver it because they did not have my address. After admitting they had the picture of my door with their sticker. I don't know why anyone uses FedEx. It is always like this and they. Do. Not. Care. Told me to call the shipper that it was not their problem.

This makes twice a package said it was delivered but it was not at my address thank goodness they were not expensive but none the less they need drivers that know their routes

Our Christmas was ruined by FedEx there was a very important package that was supposed to be delivered Christmas eve that didn't get delivered until the day after Christmas even after calling FedEx several times and one of the employees 100% garenteed it would be believed by the end of the day and that the package was on the truck and headed to that location at that exact moment we waited for hours it didn't show up! 👎🏻👎🏻

Your address label maker is incomplete ing the correct address my bank card went back 3x's to the bank because your machine prints wrong address
