fed ex is a joke
The fedex driver delivered to the wrong address when we tried to tell him he ignored our yellls to stop. Finally when my husband whistled he got out and started yelling at my husband threatening him because he whistled for him. I called to report it and send the videos in i recieved little help. Eventually after over 2 weeks i was told they talked to the driver. He ended up taking my neighbors package marking it delivered and put it in an empty field.
Absolutely the worst shipping company you could use. I have a new address in edgewood and FedEx will not update there GPS to recognize it. They can only help AFTER a shipping issue. Completely absurd Behavior from FedEx employees incapable fixing the issue. Worst customer experience i have ever been through and i was I.T. in the army sooo yeah avoid and ship elsewhere. Just my $0.02
Fed Ex can't tell North from South and keeps delivering my pkgs 2.5 miles away!!
