Anyone that have to use this company for delivery of goods and services beware.I've had an on going problem with this company for years.The steady driver do not deliver packages at my front door.I live on a third floor walk up and, this driver is to lazy to climb stairs and properly deliver my packages at my door step.Instead he leaves my packages on the ground floor exposed to potential theft by anyone walking by.I have reported this issue to many supervisors and left comments in the review area to no avail.The problem stil... read more
The woman there is so nice and the place is filthy but it's convenient
Feb 7, 2025, around 11:30 in the morning. I came to this FedEx on-site. To drop off my return package I understand they can’t accept my package due to it being oversized, I understand they have rules and regulations to follow. But the staff they have are nasty, rude, very unpleasant. I just ask a favor I needed a 2” tape to tape my label and this nasty girl can’t even give me im I walked out smh unbelievable. Don't come here when you have FedEx return package .
