Customer service was helpful when my package was delivered on the other side of town, however my package was labeled "handle with care" which it was not. I heard the delivery man drop my package. The box as well as its contents were visibly crushed. Really disappointed.
They are no better or worse than the other ones out there. UPS USPS. So here are no different, really other than FedEx packages. They're packages sometimes a really heavily protected so I give him a fast already. Cause every time they bring him patched my house as well. Packaged and useless when it's packed. Somebody fed us probably packed it.
