I wanted to send some important documents by FEDEX; however, I couldn't because their mailing address was a P. O. box and not a street address. All attempts to contact FEDEX by phone or online failed to get an actual street address. Fortunately, there was a FAX number, which we were able to use to successfully send the documents. The employee who helped me was very kind and patient. She tries to look up all the information she could. The FAX charges were very acceptable. I would highly recommend this store.
