I am compelled to write this review after four (4) miserable encounters at this FedEx OnSite location in Thiensville. Totally unprofessional staff that shows as if they dont like their jobs. Not at all helpful and talking to customers with a condescending behavior. First encounter was to drop off the package. Went there at around 4 pm. They said they cannot accept the package because their network is down and scanners not working. I went to Port Washington Road FedEx and the FedEx network was working fine there.
