Went to drop off our router from our old internet service and the clerk wouldn't take it because it wasn't packaged up. Which is not required by AT&T. I called ahead to make sure. Not to mention the glare she gave me as soon as I walked up. Guessing she's not a fan of brown people. Last time I'll ever come here.
Very bad service never want anything from your business again hope to never see again
Three out of last four packages were delivered to the wrong address. The one delivery that made it to my house was taken away by the delivery driver and sent back to sender when I didn't answer the door.
Would give less stars if I could. This is absolutely not an on site facility. They will only accept drop offs that you've enveloped and printed off your own mailing labels at home.
