Dumbest receptionist service available. How is this company still in business…just pick up the phone and help a customer. Nobody wants to waste time talking to a round about AI service. Not choosing FedEx again.
Fed ex delivered my package to the wrong place. Called customer service and couldn't find anyone that talked English. They couldn't get the package was delivered to wrong place. They kept saying packaged delivered. Never will I ever use fed ex, they suck
It is not a fedex it is a dollar general. The fact that this is advertised as a fedex I had parts shipped here for work and they were not there in the morning. This is a MASSIVE inconvenience to me. Ship your parts to an actual fedex. This is ridiculous I've been waiting here for hours this place needs to be shut down
