they mark "failed delivery" when they didnt show. they refuse to call a number even if youre there waiting for them. call them they tell you the package is being held, you go to the person at the desk gives you a blank stare and tells you the package is on the truck. you call corporate nothing happens. over and over they fail deliveries. you can give them codes, numbers, instructions, they wont even give it to the driver. cant get packages. no one cares. worst customer service ive ever seen in any company or business in my w... read more
