Wouldn’t take my FedEx package. Claimed they don’t take anything over 50lbs. My package was a printer. It was 39lbs. Then said it had to fit on the shelf. I said flip the box on the side it will fit. The store manager got an attitude with me and said you want to try and began to argue with me. Never will use this store again for shipping packages bc of ignorance.
So far I have had no problem with FedEx, packages always arriving on time and in tact so I'm thankful !
