They lost my package. I’m not sure how a small stop in my package transit was lost. And then they told me to call the people who shipped it. Somehow believing it’s anyone but their fault

Three of my packages or my neighbor whom lives down the road. Either her packages are dropped at my house or mine is dropped at her house. This really makes me angry.
