Don’t waste your time. I took a package well within the size/weight restrictions and was told the package was too large. I was told “the manager would freak out.” Don’t waste your time, this location won’t provide the services they claim to on the website
Maybe you should be listed that they only except small packages instead of making people drive 30 mins out of way to drop off a pre paid package!!!!!
The last two times I've gone here, they told me they could take my package. The first time in July 2024, they said their system was down. Then, today, January 2024, the employee said the box was too big. My box was 18 x 16 x 5. A quick search on Google/FedEx website will show dollar general is supposed to accept boxes 48" x 25" x 25". There was no damage to the box it was not overweight etc. This has shown me this dollar general is just lazy and don't want to be bothered by it.
Poor! Clerk said they don’t think it was working g but did not even try!
