Great service and easy drop off.
As others have mentioned, this is not a full service FedEx drop of location. I was turned away because my box was 'too big'. Yet, this box was originally delivered by FedEx. And only weighed maybe 10lbs. Go to the Covington FedEx location (The Mail Hub). Way better customer service.
This FedEx drop off location is located inside Walgreens in Maple Valley. I was so happy to see they’re open on Sundays. I easily dropped off packages today. There was no line and the young man who helped me was polite and helpful. I will definitely use this location again.
Please do not leave your packages at this Walgreens drop-off/pick-up location. This 3rd party service only prints labels with a QR code, and does not carry supplies nor prints an already paid for label. You must have the label or QR Code ready before the drop-off. But this is not the problem. The problem is the STAFF who take care of your packages after you drop them off will leave them out on carts or counters instead of putting them away or will accidently misplace your mail in their backroom, losing it entirely.
