Dropped off my package. Never got a text. Now Walmart saying they never got it. If you drop off here, wait for the text. 3 minutes could have saved me $100.

As others have mentioned, this is not a full service FedEx drop of location. I was turned away because my box was 'too big'. Yet, this box was originally delivered by FedEx. And only weighed maybe 10lbs. Go to the Covington FedEx location (The Mail Hub). Way better customer service.
This FedEx drop off location is located inside Walgreens in Maple Valley. I was so happy to see they’re open on Sundays. I easily dropped off packages today. There was no line and the young man who helped me was polite and helpful. I will definitely use this location again.
