Under staffed one clerk tried to help other clerk was having to come from back of store to do the job and didn't appear satisfied with the situation

Terrible, I could not make my return at 2 different FedEx drop off locations, one of which was at the FedEx shipping facility! The woman there told me I would have to drive across town to the FedEx store
