I was here on Feb 8th, the lady at the service counter was very rude and must not know English cause she only could say "we're a holding facility" no English? , I asked if Safeway had any box's and she rudly told me they are just a holding facility. So I verified her uniform said "SAFEWAY" ON HER NAME TAG. I asked her is this a grocery store? It looked fine. I just went in and dropped off a package but it looked like they had all the supplies to send off packages.
Package delivered that was not ours but had our address on it. Called and reported it. Delivery driver came promptly to pick it up. Very friendly phone service.
