I have used FedEx twice now for overnight service. Both times delayed and both times they told me there is nothing they are going to do. The most recent time it was supposed to be shipped to Fort Myers. It stopped in Fort Myers, and they shipped it back out of the state. We paid for overnight and it looks like it will be a 2 day.
