Just a drop box
Paid extra to have a package picked up from the house at 10AM. Called at 5 PM to ask when/if it was going to be picked up. The person on the phone basically told us we were out of luck the truck had already come by and we will need to drop it off. Can we have a refund then? We paid an extra $40 to get it picked up from the house to AVOID this. It's not our fault your drivers are too lazy to come to get the package, and the rude person on the phone couldn't be bothered to find a solution.
No customer service experience. Please go through refresher training.
Very helpful folks but this place is drop off only. There are no supplies or materials available. It's located inside Walgreens at the photo center.
