Worst customer service ever. They do not ship, this is a drop off location only. First I was directed to purchase packaging and get my parcel ready to ship.... Then!! I was told, "were drop off only, you have to go somewhere else to get the shipping label".... Just wanted time and money on an overpriced envelope. Horrible customer service.
