No decent FedEx service
This Route 115 location in Saylorsburg could not process my FEDEX shipment. The young associate didn't know how to help me because he was new so he summoned the older clerk and after she scanned my QR code three times and apologized for it. I shipped a FEDEX box before so am aware of their service for it. Manager, please teach staff FEDEX 101 PROCESS.
