Employees are not trained on how to scan QR code so that Fedex can print label for Walmart package to be returned. They insist that label must be printed by customer even when shown explicit directions from Walmart email showing return instructions. I will not use this location for returning Fedex packages and it should not be contracted for this purpose since there is a constant turnover of new employees.
