So. The store that this is located in was closed due to staffing issues for like 2 weeks. I had a package that got held there because they couldn't deliver it. FedEx directed me to pick it up several times but they were not open. Ended up having to call Dollar general and get a district manager to get the package for me. They won’t scan packages as dropped off
Had some issues with drop off FedEx and had to go somewhere else
So convenient! Will definitely use this again!
