I dropped my package off August 3rd 2024 at the drop box in Littleton NC the Fed Ex drop box is located in East South Main Street beside the Italian restaurant Casa Mia's. My package contains my broken cell phone I was returning back to the company for a refund on my warranty. The company provided me a shipping label so I attached it to my envelope and dropped it in the box. Very pleasant staff, quick and easy dropoff
Got the job done.
Fed Ex was suppose to pick up a package from my residence the next day. I followed all directions. Later the next day I received a message stating the driver advised the package was not ready for pick up. Total lie! Me and 2 others never saw Fed Ex. Of course I filed a complaint and scheduled another pick up for the next day.The next day I met the driver face to face. He apologized stating his truck broke down. Hhhmmm
