They did not have any envelopes to be able to send my documents
Beware, this facility does not have daily pickup even though you get a text saying so. I dropped an overnight envelope on a Thursday afternoon, received text confirmation it was received (while standing in front of representative that received it)and would be picked up the NEXT business. Should have been Friday(it was not a holiday) However, when package did not arrive Monday as label indicated. I started an inquiry.
