First time using the FedEx OnSite, Googled it and thought I knew what to expect, but was wrong lol. So for a FedEx OnSite you have to go into the store, wait in line and then the person behind the counter verifies your ID and then scans in your package. Give them your phone number and you get a text with a tracking link. I would have given it 4 stars because the the directions were not clear, but the staff was helpful and let me know what I needed to do.
