I’ve been using FedEx for years and they’ve always delivered (literally)! Packages arrive on time, tracking is super easy to follow, and I’ve never had an issue with lost or damaged items. The drivers in my area are friendly and careful with my deliveries. Highly recommend FedEx if you want peace of mind and reliable service!
Thier is no option to speak with a human being. Poor recordings and options. Report a damaged mail receptacle is impossible. In thier haste to be efficient it takes 10 minutes to keep saying more options only to find out they care less than the Post Office! Future packages should have the option of how they are to be sent by the recipient.
