Store employee refused to give me a receipt (text/email) to confirm dropoff, claiming that’s not possible with a QR code. Had to call store manager, who realized employee did not complete the procedure to send my package. Unclear what would have happened to my package if I had not insisted on calling the store manager.
Non functional, send packages back to fed ex based on a store policy that is unique to this location, and not listed anywhere. Do not ship through this Walgreens and probably just take your business away from Walgreens altogether
