Very frustrating experience. Needed an overnight delivery which took 3 credit cards on their app and 30 minutes to get a label sent to me. Unfortunately they only print QR coded information for label. This is unacceptable. They have a printer and they should be able to accept an email and print same label from an email from FedEx directly thereby avoiding viruses or Trojan items. I desperately needed to call the fed ex office in Lancaster, nh. I was given only an 800 number - which I called to get the Lancaster number. The "customer service representative" would not give it to me without a tracking number. I didn't have a tracking number - it concerned a package being sent TO me. She WOULD NOT give me the number and I have no way of getting it. This is the worst service I've ever encountered from ANY business and certainly not in Lancaster.
