They've had an order I placed on March 18, 2026 for 2 weeks. The product was supposed to be shipped from California to Tennessee and I still haven't received it, and they're not responding to my tracking requests.

Worst service ever. Left our blood pressure meds outside in the rain as well as medical supplies for my husband's leg.

I would rate the service as probably the worst service on the planet. My packages always get thrown off at the road not delivered to my residence. The drivers don't care about what you have invested. It's impossible to speak to a human being at fed ex . I have had packages rained and snowed on no reason or explanation or results of any kind from fed ex

The pick up FedEx person scanned my box that he could not delivered as it already delivered. They could not refund my money because he made a mistake scanning it. I called for claim many time for refund. They could not take my claim because he scanned as " Delivered " on the spot! I never want to use FedEx. Never ever. I have to pick my box because they could not delivered that day. I understand that. They will not deliver " live fish " as a policy.
