Very courteous and helpful
Had a $4k package the size of a small birthday cake, had warnings and all. The girl came around the corner with it like she was an Applebee's waitress carrying it with one hand... Above her head. Called her out on it, got this response: "I'm always careful with customer's packages"
Worst fedex distribution center I’ve ever had a package go through. I wish when Tom Hank’s plane crashed in cast away that the company just went bankrupt. Worst shipper in the country. Will be using UPS in the future.
