The person at the front desk (middle aged lady) between 11 AM and 12 PM on July 3rd was nasty and rude to me for no reason when I asked her a simple question about a Fedex tracking number. Not sure if she was racist because she behaved with my sister the same way too. Might want to rethink the customer service here.
