Heads up- They will refuse any drop off that is larger than a small section of store shelf. This isn't listed anywhere and they don't answer the phone.
I don't know where my packages were picked up for delivery but I hope your delivery man Rene gets this. He has been exceptionally helpful in wrestling some very very heavy furniture packages into my house, for which I am forever grateful. Pushing huge 100+ pound boxes over my threshold would have been beyond my geriatric ability. I want to recognize such a helpful and dedicated worker you have in him.
