Super easy and friendly . Much better than the cvs which never has anyone at the counter

I went in to drop off an overnight letter. The women behind the counter didn’t know how to do it and kept scanning my QR code. It kept asking for an rma number but it wasn’t a return. Someone went to back and asked someone and response was if not working they can’t drop off. What? Come up front and look. It was not a return. Oh and they should carry supplies … awful service . Fedex go in a train them again! They certainly don’t provide good service !
