Last 3 packages have been lost and delivered to random houses which we cannot find from the pictures they take. Maybe being literate should be a requirement for delivery drivers as there is a clear description of our building on our fedex account we made to hopefully receive our packages. Spoiler! That didnt work either.
Constantly deliver to the wrong address in my town. I don't know how in this day and age you mess up an address.... Sometimes I have gotten my package back and others I haven't been so lucky. Please address this. I avoid FedEx like the plague, but when I HAVE to use it, I've got about a 50/50 chance it'll be delivered to MY house. DO BETTER, MY DUDES!
I was erroneously billed for something I should never have been billed for. It is impossible to get any help to rectify the situation. People should avoid using FedEx.
