No customer service. How do I do business with a place that has no customer service? I don't!
Riddle me this Batman ... How is a package attempted and unable to deliver that didn't require a signature for delivery ? I'll answer for you, pure laziness. I mean it's not like I'm waiting for it because it's important. SMH just as bad as the post office.
Have attempted to send packages multiple times. Often a long wait for Walgreens staff to be available just for the slim chance you get an employee who is informed and able to help you with FedEx.
Convenient pla e to get items shipped with decent hours so you can get there if you work.
Desk staff are extremely rude and cannot accommodate all sized packages. This is not a FedEx on site but more of a dropbox location. Don’t plan on taking any large packages here or receiving any worthwhile customer service.
