Always deliver my packages to some random house, not even the same house every time it’s like they just say screw it here ya go!
Google really needs a negative star option. I cringe every time I see Fedex come up as the shipper. They literally have the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with. Trying to get any help is an exercise in futility. They literally go out of their way to avoid assisting customers. I have been trying to get help with a mis delivered urgent package for the past 30 minutes with zero solutions.
They didn’t even make an attempt to try and deliver my package. I’ve never had an issue like this with UPS.
No customer service. How do I do business with a place that has no customer service? I don't!
