Have attempted to send packages multiple times. Often a long wait for Walgreens staff to be available just for the slim chance you get an employee who is informed and able to help you with FedEx.
Convenient pla e to get items shipped with decent hours so you can get there if you work.
Desk staff are extremely rude and cannot accommodate all sized packages. This is not a FedEx on site but more of a dropbox location. Don’t plan on taking any large packages here or receiving any worthwhile customer service.
Can I give a 0 ? Walked in and verified with the shipping clerk for the maximum package size. He verified the sign, maximum 25x25x28" & 55lbs. I went to my car and retrieved my package - as soon as I walked in the door, the checkout clerk practically yelled at me that the box was too large. I continued to the shopping counter since I already verified - only to hear from them both immediately that I would have to go to the opposite side of town and the package was too big.
