Was sent to 4 different sites in one day and one was in Illinois. Noone could help me return a product containing a lithium battery. When I reached 4th store in Illinois they sent me to another store in Illinois and thats when I gave up. Fedex needs to provide customers and consumers with proper information for this kind of return. A few people honestly tried to help but they honestly didn't have correct information themselves!
