Super rude employee insisted that I must label and package items I’m returning, instead of just scanning my QR code like I’ve done dozens of times literally everywhere else. My return instructions specifically delineated that was not necessary. She was unprofessional at the least, and seemed just lazy and not wanting to do her job. Very frustrating.

These guys are *very* outgoing in assisting customers with their printing and shipping needs. They don't charge you for tape like USPS, and will even print your labels few of charge of you are cordial and kind. Have never had issues printing large quantities of documents here because they assist customers fairly promptly. Highly recommended store.
